Question 1

What exactly does SolBack do?

Accepted Answer

SolBack helps reclaim SOL held in unused token accounts. A new standard token account currently needs about 0.00148844 SOL to stay rent exempt, while older accounts may still hold a larger actual balance. Close an empty account to recover all of it, or withdraw only the excess while keeping the account open. SOLBACK also provides free batch token distribution and collection tools.

Question 2

Is it safe to use SolBack?

Accepted Answer

Every transaction is transparent and can be reviewed before signing. The default flow only closes token accounts with a zero balance. Only if you turn on Withdraw excess rent does it take out SOL above the current rent-exempt minimum, leaving the account and token balance unchanged. See Solana's official docs (solana.com/docs).

Question 3

I clicked on 'Connect Wallet' in the OKX wallet, but there is no response?

Accepted Answer

Redirecting to OKX Wallet through a deep link can leave the connection unresponsive. Tap "Open in OKX Wallet" at the bottom of the page to redirect again.

Question 4

What is Burn Mode?

Accepted Answer

Burn Mode will display all tokens in your account except for the commonly used tokens; if these tokens have no value, you can choose to burn them to close the account and reclaim the rent.

Question 5

What is Batch Mode?

Accepted Answer

Rent collection is a feature that allows you to batch collect rent from multiple wallets. By importing private keys, the system will automatically detect closable accounts in the wallet, allowing you to specify the collection address and gas fee payment. Unused old wallets do not need gas, and you can also collect the rent and SOL balance of the wallet in one go.
